Have you ever wondered why arrows have different coloured feathers? Or how a gun works?
In our popular workshop, you will learn about the development of weapon technology from the medieval long bow to modern-day pistol before having an opportunity to handle some of the weapons from our collection.
In this session participants will learn about the development of weapon technology and how these changes impacted on battle strategies. We will be exploring weapons from the Boer War, First World War and Second World War- and more modern conflicts.
Please note: Payment will be taken by cash or card on the day.
Unfortunately, the museum remains closed to visitors.
All events will take place in the grounds of Bodmin Keep under cover in The DCLI, SCLI, LI and The Rifles Association marquee.
